I know that sharing your story here takes real trust, and I want you to know exactly what happens to what you share. This page explains it plainly, no legal jargon, no fine print designed to confuse you.
When you use the intake form on this site, we collect only what you choose to share:
What you share is used for one purpose: so I can read your story and, if you'd like, connect you with an employment attorney for a free consultation. That's it.
I personally read every story that comes through this site. If you're connected with an attorney, they'll see what's needed to help you, and nothing more. Your story is never used for marketing, never sold, and never shared with anyone outside of that purpose.
Submissions are stored securely through our website's form system and sent directly to our email. We take reasonable steps to keep this information secure, though no method of storage or transmission online can be guaranteed 100% secure.
You're always in control. You can share as much or as little as you're comfortable with, and you never have to give your name. If you'd like your information removed at any time, just email us and we'll take care of it.
If you have any questions about this policy or how your information is handled, reach out any time.
